  Yesterday was my first time in this office. It will definitely be my last. I arrived 30 minutes earlier then the time I was told to arrive. The appointment was for 2:00 (1:30 arrival for paperwork) Upon my 1:00 arrival I was told I was too early. I said I was well aware I was early and that I just wanted to make sure I arrived on time to fill out my paperwork since it’s almost an hour drive I left my house early.
  
  The whole reason I was referred to this office was to get a 3D image done because my dentist office doesn’t carry the machine needed to complete one. Making this appointment was also extremely difficult. I had to request to speak with someone in charge because the receptionists were completely incompetent. I communicated the reason for my appointment countless times while scheduleling it and then when I got there for some reason there was mass confusion about why I was there and what I was there for.
  
  By 2:30 I am still in the waiting room waiting to be called into the dentist office because the dentist was still out at lunch. After I was put into some dinky room with a dirty chair (which I had to ask someone to wipe down for me) they put a 10 minute video on about wisdom teeth and told me to wait for the doctor. I guess this is a technique to do less work and stall their patients.
  
  So by the time I saw the doctor it was almost 3:00. All he seemed to care about was if I was getting my final procedure done in his office. I explained that I don’t even know if I can have a procedure done without getting the 3D scanning which he should already know from looking at my x-ray which was in front of both of us.
  
  This whole experience was beyond frustrating and wouldn’t want anyone else to be treated in an office by such unprofessional people. All of this is a reflection of the massive mess beneath this office. THESE ARE YOUR TEETH PEOPLE! Take your time and find a good dentist that cares and has professional staff!
