  I got my first and probably my last set of lash extensions in this new location at Somerville thanks to the fact that THEY GLUED THE EXTENSIONS TO MY LIDS and a terrible costumer service!
  I got the set captivating then a refill two weeks later (no issues or reactions) and then upgraded to sultry and that’s when it all went wrong. My upgrade was on a Friday and by Saturday night I knew something was wrong but I thought I was just tired from work so I went to bed to wake up on Sunday looking like a monster!
  I could barely open my eyes and it was such a stressful scary situation. My lids were horrible swollen and the hurt so bad. I had to run to another lash place and pay $45 to get them removed ASAP because they are close Sunday and Monday and it turned out that the technician glued most of the extensions TO MY LIDS which is a no no with lash extensions. I left several messages for them letting them know about what happened. One of the owners called me “concern” about it but still telling me that I most be allergic to the glue. I had to go to a doctor and I’m not allergic to anything and certainly not to the glue. They just didn’t perform the service correctly gluing the lashes to my lids hurting my eyelids in a different level. It took my eyelids about a week to heal and they didn’t even issue a refund. I understand that there’s risk of allergies when you do these type of services but when they are not perform correctly it’s another story. If your technicians don’t know what are they doing that’s your fault not the costumer.
