  I have been a client of Body Chic for over three years. The cosmetic services, customer care, and professionalism of staff is superb. I do not live close, so the long drive I am happy to make for my appointments is a testament to my loyalty to and high regard for this company. Staff are honest and will not attempt to sell you products or services you do not need or want. If you are considering some cosmetic treatments, give this place a call; I recommend them to everyone.

  People reading this page should check the reviews for 'Body Chic' alone on Google, it is at the same address but another name listing and the reviews are more realistic then the glowing puff piece from friends that they usually post. Nancy's review there is similar to others I've read on Yelp who used Groupon discounts. This place is very shady. I have caught them censoring Yelp reviews to drop negative ones, businesses that hire Yelp for their advertising are allowed to do that, and co-owner Marla Bell NP even posted a false review to their site using her username 'Lynn C' which was hidden but is still accessible if you look up her username. That's why there are no reviews despite them having been around for a few months. The place is basically a second rate botox and cosmetic procedure spa run by two questionably trained providers whose experience consists of unsupervised courses-so patients end up being guinea pigs whenever they learn something new-I bet they don't include that in the informed consent. Let's face it, you generally get what you pay for and the MD, who is a vascular surgeon, isn't going to be as competent as a certified cosmetic dermatologist. With that said, he can't ensure that Marla Bell, the nurse practitioner who works as his partner in the business, is giving good service and reliable results. Don't let Bell's vendor instructor status fool you, unlike their website's puffery, she is no artist and the courses are for second rate providers (non-dermatologists). Although the MD has "Best Doctor" rank, this was in vascular surgery not cosmetic procedures so it is misleading to encourage people to think the two are related. My experience with Bell is that she also has a terrible attitude, looks down at people she considers beneath her, and can be quite ruthless. I spoke with her elderly mother who told me she was excommunicated by Bell after a she refused to allow her to manage her life savings. She essentially tried to blackmail this poor woman by refusing contact with her grand kids who she loved dearly. Back to their results, before and after website photos are inconsistent and nowhere as good as the results from the real experts, certified dermatologists and it is suspicious that they are pushing testimonials, which they can control, very heavily. Discounts aren't worth anything if you have to repeat the procedure due to a bad result. I would never recommend this place, there are better in the area. Don't be their guinea pig! Avoid them.
